Restaurant Gadgets
When the youth of today go to a restaurant they can't go empty handed. Each hand has to have an electronic gadget in it. I'm glad they only have two hands.

Forty to One
It takes forty gallons of sap to create one gallon of maple syrup. That might be enough for a stack of pancakes!
Pancakes
Fresh pancakes with syrup that is so fresh that it went right from the tree to your plate. Fresh blueberries and whip cream. The eggs are from the chickens on the farm. This is the way breakfast was meant to be. Nothing microwaved or frozen.
Maple Syrup
Even at 9:30 in the morning the parKing lot was full and there was a long line waiting for breakfast. But they gave fresh apple cider donuts while you waited in line! Jonathan and Darcy didn't seem to mind the wait.
The Sugar House
Inside the sugar house there is the sweet smell of steam from the boiled maple syrup. Even if you aren't hungry the sweet smell will make you hungry!
Maple Sap Buckets
Maple trees are tapped to collect their sap. It takes a combination of cold nights and warm days for the syrup to run. Fresh maple syrup, from the tree to my plate!
Hollis Farm
It's springtime in New England and that means it's time for maple sugaring! So off we went to Hollis Farm.

The Grand Canyon
As a present, I gave Faith a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. She had an awesome time flying in a helicopter and taking pictures!. Amazing views and appreciation of God's artistry

Snow Removal
I've learned how to deal with snow the Las Vegas way. Put on your sandals and your swim suit and go the the restful waters of the outdoor pool!
Sunshine Soup For The Soul
Las Vegas! It has been months since I have been able to wear shorts and to swim outside. Ah, the sunshine is like medicine for my soul.

Weather Or Not
Whatever the weather, life goes on. But must there be so much snow?
At least the lawn and the flowers will have a lot of water!
