Chop Sticks and Dreams

Princess Janelle had just returned from California. I asked her what she had learned while she was there. She picked up a chop stick, twirled it around in the air, pointed at her stuffed bird and said, "May all your dreams come true". I agree!

Watermelon

Eating watermelon can be a challenge for kids. They hold it in both hands, take a big bite and then realize that a good portion of the watermelon has gone up their nose. Then they pause and stare into space as they consider their options, then quickly resume biting into the wonderfully cold and sweet watermelon.

Blowing In The Wind

Kids know that when adults are "showing" them how to use toys, it really means adults want to play with their toys. That's why they are fun for children of all ages.

Happy 40th Anniversary

I don't know where the time has gone. June 12, 1971 seems like yesterday that I was in the Navy and Faith and I were getting married. Now, here we are, 40 years later, thank you Faith for sharing your life with me. My life has been blessed because of you.
